Kerabu Assam Laksa - Episode 4

Recipe:

Ingredients:
2 packs of Maggi Assam Laksa
50gram Crispy Fried Anchovies (Ikan Bilis)
2 tbsp Pineapple Chunks (Nenas)
1 tbsp Calamansi Juice (Limau Kasturi)
1 tbsp Fish Sauce (Sos Ikan)
1 tbsp Olive Oil (Minyak Zaitun)
1 thin-sliced Shallot (Bawang Merah)
1 tsp thin-slice Torch Lily (Bunga Kantan)
2 Red Chilli (Cili Merah)
Mint Leaves (Daun Pudina)

Step 1 – Prepare the Noodle
1) In a pot, boil the Maggi on its own.
2) Strain the Maggi.
3) Sprinkle with olive oil.

Step 2 - Mixing
1) In a bowl, add in Maggi paste.
2) Add in calamansi juice, fish sauce, olive oil, shallot, red chilli, pineapple chunk, mint leaves and torch lily.
3) Mix them well
4) Add in the boiled Maggi.
5) Add in crispy fried anchovies.
6) Mix them again, & DONE!

To serve, garnish with sliced Cucumber, Calamansi and Boiled Quail Eggs.
